A Great Day of Feedback for Calldrive at IP EXPO

On 4th October 2018, we attended the IP EXPO at London Excel, which is a 2-day event showcasing the latest trends in the world of computer technologies. IP EXPO aims to give a clearer picture of changes in the IT industry and improving knowledge about IT infrastructure, such as, IP network, data analytics, cloud, cyber security, DevOps and open source.

Exhibitors at the show were from a range of areas in the technological sector and are given a great opportunity to showcase their products and services. While non-exhibitors and people working in other areas of the IT industry were able to network with each other to build and foster strong business connections.

A Great Day of Feedback for Call Now at IP EXPO

On this occasion, we did not have an exhibition stand, instead we spent the day visiting stands and meeting a host of IT and technology experts to introduce our Calldrive plugin and gain feedback on the product.

We spoke to some large e-commerce providers, marketing agencies, technology providers, and many more who were all very impressed with our simple-yet-effective plugin; to encourage more calls to a business and capture potential customers before they leave the website.

Many were aware of similar products which gives callers an option to request a call back on submission of an online form, or once a caller is holding, they can select to be called back once they reach the front of the queue.  And there are also similar products to Calldrive, but we have developed our plugin to have additional functionality and reporting to give a business full insight in to their incoming calls. Learn more about our Calldrive plugin.

It was very exciting to speak to different people who were also excited about our product and instantly had ideas of where it could feature for themselves or their own clients and be of great benefit to their business. It means we are now further developing the plugin so that it can feature on a variety of platforms to reach a wider audience… Watch this space!
